MateraLab to warsztaty kierowane do studentów kierunków takich jak Architektura, Projektowanie, Architektura Krajobrazu, Inżynieria. Zadaniem konkursowym jest stworzenie pawilonu wystawowego Muzeum Kultury w historycznym mieście Matera we Włoszech. Konkurs organizowany jest przez platformy STaRT i INSTAURA
Nagrody:
- Nagroda główna - 500 euro za najlepszy projekt
Obowiązuje opłata rejestracyjna, której wysokość uzależniona jest od daty rejestracji. Szczegóły poniżej.
Terminy:
- Termin rejestracji do 31 maja 2018 roku - 90 euro od uczestnika
- Termin rejestracji do 9 lipca - opłata 120 euro od uczestnika
Opis organizatora (w języku angielskim):
MATERA is a place of great uniqueness in the world for the presence of ancient rock settlements and was the first site of Southern Italy to be named UNESCO heritage in 1993. The cultural landscape defines and shapes an extraordinary city, remembered with the name "Città dei Sassi" from the denomination of the residential nucleus obtained in from the living rock.
Few months ago, in this context of ancient charm, we have imagined through a competition of ideas, the new Museum of Culture, a ensemble of traditions able to best enhance the needs of the Lucan identity.
In continuity with the work started, we will deepen the project for the exhibition pavilion, working on the definition of the volume, spaces and fittings. Local professionals - historians and architects - will support the initiative aimed to improve the identity of the rural peasant culture. The winner of the contest "Matera, city of culture", will intervene to better explain the phases that guided the design process to support the participants in the development of the idea for the new pavilion.
