Goście hotelu będą mogli zaparkować swój samochodu lub przyczepę na parkingu i korzystać z przestrzeni wspólnych zaprojektowanych na terenie działki. Wskazana lokalizacja to Australia. Wyzwanie ma charakter koncepcyjny, tj. konkurs nie jest realizacyjny. Można wziąć w nim udział indywidualnie lub zespołowo. Obowiązują opłaty rejestracyjne.
Konkurs prowadzony jest w języku angielskim.

Australia, known as the ‘Land Down Under’, is a nation with a wealth of natural landscapes that make it a very popular travel destination. Tourism is a major contributor to the economy, with 8.6 million international visitors in 2019, and a huge proportion of domestic tourism. Margaret River is a small town in Perth, Western Australia. It is one of the most visited coastlines in the country, known for its great views along the drive. The stretch has a few viewing spots popping up recently, and parking spots with small shops and basic amenities are being provided to assist the visitors. The site for this project is the Rivermouth Carpark. It is located at the mouth of the Margaret river along the coast. The area is serviced by the Rivermouth Road that leads to the local communities and eateries around the site. There is a public toilet amenity, existing on the site.
