 "Konkurs na projekt miejsc noclegowych z widokiem na Tarasy Ryżowe")
Platforma TerraViva Competitions ogłosiła nowy konkurs pt. Banaue Lodge. Zadane polega na opracowaniu projektu miejsc noclegowych, które pozwolą turystom podziwiać Tarasy Ryżowe w Banaue. Pula nagród wynosi 5 000 euro.
Prace uczestników będzie oceniać jury konkursowe, w skład którego wchodzą m.in. Alban Wagener (Alban Wagener Architecture), Alexandra Papadaki (FBW), Nikhil Calas (Faire) i Liwei Shen (Sasaki Associates).
Konkurs jest otwarty dla wszystkich i może wziąć w nim udział każdy. Zgłoszenia można przesyłać indywidualnie lub zespołowo.
Konkurs prowadzony jest w języku angielskim. Obowiązują opłaty rejestracyjne uzależnione od terminu zgłoszenia.
Ostateczny termin rejestracji i przesyłania prac upływa 5 lipca 2024 roku.

Opis oryginalny:
The majestic Banaue Rice Terraces, a unique landscape shaped by the hand of man over the centuries and home to the Ifugao community, today has become one of the favourite destinations of thousands of backpackers in search of an authentic adventure. With the idea of promoting a kind of slow and sustainable tourism, capable not only of respecting local traditions but also of guaranteeing care for the environment, this competition aims at imagining a whole new design of lodging that fits perfectly into this amazing context. Participants are therefore asked to envision creative proposals focused on a unique and functional type of struc-ture capable of redefining accommodation options for hikers. The essence of the “Banaue Lodge” contest lies in its emphasis on harmonising architectural design with the breath-taking beauty of this UNESCO Site.
